Your OK to collect health information
Arik needs your OK to collect health information. To help with your prescriptions, bills and coverage, Arik collects consumer health data: the medicines you ask about or take, health conditions you mention, your insurance coverage, what you paid at the pharmacy, and the bills, letters and receipts you add. Arik uses it only to find prices and programs, prepare the letters and forms you ask for, and keep your cases. What you report paying at the pharmacy is also counted, with no names and as counts only, to show everyone how reliable each price source is. To write replies and read documents you add, what you type in chat and the text of those documents are sent to an AI service; your name, date of birth and address from your identity details are not sent to write chat replies. Arik does not sell your data, does not use it for advertising, and is not paid by drug makers, pharmacy benefit managers or discount card companies. You can turn this off at any time in your privacy center and delete everything. If you say no, you can still ask general questions about drug prices, and Arik will not save them.
