What Arik is

Arik helps you understand drug prices, medical bills, insurance coverage and appeal rights, and prepares letters and forms for you to review, change and send. Arik gives cost and coverage information only.

Arik is for adults 18 and over.

Not legal or medical advice

Arik Health is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Using Arik does not create an attorney-client relationship. For legal advice about your situation, contact a licensed attorney or your state's health insurance consumer assistance program.

Arik does not give medical advice. Decisions about your care, including whether to change, skip or stop a medicine, belong to you and your doctor or pharmacist.

Prices and programs

Every price and program Arik shows comes with its source and the date it was checked. Prices change and pharmacies and programs make their own decisions, so Arik cannot guarantee a program will accept you, that a pharmacy will honor a price, or the exact price at the counter.

Arik is paid by the people it works for: employers who offer it as a benefit, and patients who subscribe. It never takes money from PBMs, drug makers, pharmacies or discount card companies.

Arik does not take money from drug makers, pharmacy benefit managers, discount card companies or pharmacies, and the order of options is never paid for.

You stay in control

Nothing is sent, signed or paid for without your approval each time. Arik never signs for you. You are responsible for checking a letter or form before you approve it.

Deadlines Arik shows come from published rules and the dates on your documents. When Arik has no verified rule, it says so instead of guessing. Check important deadlines with the plan or office that set them.

Using Arik fairly

Use Arik for your own situation or for someone you are allowed to help. Do not upload someone else's documents without their permission, try to get into other people's cases, or overload the service. Arik limits how many requests one person can make.

Your data

The privacy policy explains what Arik collects, how long it keeps it and your choices. You can download or delete your data at any time.
